Manager

Location(s):

Description: Managers are generally the most experienced member of a project team and will hold end-to-end Project Management responsibilities including scoping, contracts review, knowledge transfer, resource management, budget management, publishing recurring status and budget reports, overseeing the production of deliverables. Many projects will require the hands-on participation of the Manager as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and budget reports
  • Coordinate resource requirements on each project
  • Keep other team members apprised of the status of the project
  • Maintain and coordinate communication with the Customer throughout each project
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
  • Submit billable time for projects. Approve billable hours and expenses incurred by other resources
  • Attain or Exceed personal billable utilization target
  • Collaborate with our Partners
  • Travel regularly (up to 50%) within the territory and occasional travel outside the territory
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years experience project managing enterprise software deployments
  • 2-5 years experience contributing as a Subject Matter Expert on software deployments
  • 2-5 years CRM application experience
  • Business Process Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or support

Senior Consultant

Description: The Senior Consultant will participate in business process due diligence, creation and documentation of end user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects. This candidate will create, document and test system interface specifications and client business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as business requirements, user guides, process flows, status reports, configuration worksheets, project binders, etc. with all pertinent project information. This candidate will assist in the on-time, on-budget, high quality delivery of Salesforce.com solution implementations. This person must have the ability to travel domestically and abroad.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • This position is 20% Project Management, 60% Analysis, 20% Technical (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of the Salesforce.com application)
  • Strong presentation skills and experience are a MUST
  • This person must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert
  • Must be able to "think on their feet"
  • Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn...past track record important
  • The candidate must prefer a role that is more tactical than strategic in day-to-day activities....this role is 70/30 tactical/strategic.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Degree a plus
  • 4-6 years of consulting experience
  • This person MUST have more than one year of hands on experience with one or more CRM solution

Technical Consultant

Description: The Technical Consultant will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems. In this capacity, the Consultant will be an expert in salesforce.com features and developing solutions using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce and other tools that extend the product. This position is 20% project management, 20% analysis, and 60% software development. Travel may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing project through all phases
  • Defining and delivering custom Force.com applications using APEX and Visualforce
  • Leading technical requirements gathering and design sessions and producing formal documentation deliverables
  • Configuring the salesforce.com application to meet customer requirements
  • Managing scope and client expectations
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of software development experience
  • Web application development using technologies including Java, Javascript, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, CSS, DHTML, .NET, and Adobe Flex
  • Web based user interface development
  • Hands on development experience with the salesforce.com API, APEX, and Visualforce a plus
  • Thorough understanding of SQL and data modeling
  • Experience with integration tools such as Pervasive, Informatica, and Boomi
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • Must be able to articulate complex concepts to various audiences
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
  • Work experience with a professional consulting organization a plus
