Strategic Growth is a Management Consulting firm founded by members of the initial salesforce.com Consulting organization with more than 400 combined implementations.Each member of our consulting team has over four years salesforce.com implementation experience for Small, Medium and Enterprise customers.
We are a Texas based company dedicated to implementations in the South, Southwest and Central Regions and are committed to no less than 100% customer success within the fast-growing On-Demand SaaS market.

Brad
founded Strategic Growth after 4 years of working for
salesforce.com as the Professional Services Regional Leader of the
Northwest and then Southwest Regions. Brad has over 14 years
of
consulting experience and has implemented solutions for Small and
Medium businesses as well as several Fortune 25 Enterprise customers. Brad earned his MBA from the McCombs Graduate School of Business at The University of Texas and his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is currently a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, Faculty member of Military History for the Marine Corps University and very active in the Entrepreneur network groups in Texas. Erik Fike Vice President / Founder

Erik
was one of the initial employees at salesforce.com and a leader in
the Global Services Team. After spending more than 4 years, developing
salesforce.com's project delivery methodology, sales engagement
processes and new resource training programs, Erik left Salesforce to
return to Austin. He has performed more than 100 Salesforce.com
implementations for more than 9,000 users. Erik has also held
various management and operational roles in successful start-ups in the

Caleb Sidel Director and Chief Architect

Caleb
joined Strategic Growth after 4 years at Salesforce where he was
a Delivery Architect and thought leader in the Global Technology
Services group. His expertise includes Apex, Visualforce, application
development, web services, on-demand software, and single sign-on.
Caleb has extensive experience across multiple industries with
companies ranging from small business to global Fortune 500 firms. He
brings a wealth of experience in designing and building robust and
scalable integrations and applications designed for high performance in
the world of cloud computing. Throughout his career, Caleb has ensured
countless successful implementations including complex customizations
