Using this unique 1/1/1 model— 1% time, 1% equity, 1% product —the Foundation reaches out to the community where we concentrate on the use of technology, specifically as it relates to organizations with youth development programs.
1% Time
Every employee is encouraged to donate 1% of their working time to the community. This donation of time results in approximately six paid days a year (four hours a month) of service dedicated to our goals of Community Service.
1% Equity
Since inception, Strategic Growth has set aside 1% of the equity of the company toward the Foundation.
1% Product/Service
As a service company, our commitment is to provide our services to nonprofits at a discount.
Community Projects

One recent foundation event was a fundraiser for College Forward. College Forward provides college access and college persistence services to motivated, economically disadvantaged students, in order to facilitate their transition to college and make the process exciting and rewarding. At College Forward they believe access to higher education is the right of every young Texan.
